How the Silent Auction works:
Wondering how the Village School Silent Auction works?
You may walk around, view the auction items and obtain a bidding number at the registration table.
Each auction item has a starting bid indicated on the bid sheet. Different items in the silent auction have different value increments. For example: $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, and so on. Bids are written on the bid card in whole dollar amounts along with your bidding number (Penny increments are not allowed in this auction. Item values will start at 50% of actual value.).
The bidding will end at 11:00 am and Village School representatives will mark the winning bids on the bidding sheets. Items must be paid for at the end of the auction by either cash or check.
